Overview of Coaching

Welcome to the process of liberating your future. We will be working together to establish a co-creative relationship designed to help you achieve your goals and live a more authentic and fulfilling life. I am honored to be your biggest fan, truth teller, accountability partner, sounding board and supporter. I realize that you may have some additional questions about the coaching process and I urge you to ask questions whenever they surface. The information that follows is designed to answer some of the frequently asked questions and give you a better understanding of the coaching experience.

As my client, it is important to know what you can expect from me:

My role as your coach is to help you get what you want most. My clients and I are peers working together shoulder to shoulder. I am a trained professional coach, not a licensed therapist and do not attempt to provide diagnosis or treatment. I will provide structure and guidance and I will be focused upon your agenda. I’ll listen to you openly and actively without judgment, ask powerful and probing questions, reflect and mirror back to you, provide different perspectives, help identify gaps and establish the strategies, implementation plans and measurements that will pave the way to achieving what you want most in business and in life. Everything that we discuss will be held in strict confidence. I am also ready to hold you accountable to the action items that are identified as necessary and desirable to get you where you want to go. I will be honest and frank and even though I will probably challenge you, I will always be in your corner with your best interests and your agenda at heart.

What do I expect from my clients?

My clients are just like you! They are Successful, intelligent, alive and introspective. I expect my clients to believe that change is possible. My clients know that they have the power to change anything that’s not working in their lives. They are open minded and willing to do the work necessary to make the changes they want to make. They participate actively in the coaching process and make it a priority. They have fun with the process!
